Refund – Return Policy
As Slimming Tea Store, we aim to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level and to offer high quality products. However, we apply certain terms and procedures for product returns. Please read the following information carefully:
- Unpacked products: We do not accept the return of opened products for health and safety reasons.
- We cannot receive returns on products purchased more than once because we do not know the storage conditions and it is not possible to sell these products.
- Expired products: Return requests are accepted if the expiration date of the products has passed. 20 days of your order date at the latest .
- Problems from the manufacturer: If there is a problem with the products from the manufacturer, you can contact our customer support for a return process within 7 days of your order delivery date.
- Exploded and unpackaged products: For products that have exploded or whose package has been opened, the return process of products that have a cargo detection memorandum on the date of receipt of the cargo is accepted. If you do not keep a record that your package is broken, torn or damaged during the delivery of your cargo, this article will never be valid.
- 2 days from the date you receive the product .
- For the return process, you can send an e-mail to [email protected] In the email, be sure to include your order number, reason for return, and product information (product name and quantity).
- In approved return requests, customers will be given the necessary instructions for the return process.
- The shipping costs of the products to be returned belong to the customer. Shipping charges paid by the customer will be deducted from the return amount.
Refund and Product Exchange
Upon approved return requests, the return process is carried out after the returned products are checked. Completion of the refund may vary depending on bank processing times and payment method. For payments made by credit card, the refund amount will be returned to your credit card account. Refunds are made by deducting the credit card commission fee.
For products that are accepted for return by all items, in product exchange requests, the next day when the changed product is sent to us, the necessary arrangements are made for the product requested by the customer and the customer is paid a fee by deducting the shipping fee, or the new product is sent free of charge. No exchange or return for orders outside Turkey can be made without deducting costs!
